The first game started off with a lot of harass trade in all lanes. eu Team Liquid went for the mid ganks, and ua MagicaL didn't have a very good time there. In return, ua NAVI killed Phantom Lancer in the top lane. By 8 minutes, Dazzle had twice the net worth of OD. However, with the levels coming in for ua NAVI, we managed to snatch a fair chunk of kills on both cores and supports. 14 minutes in, after a good fight, eu Team Liquid went for the Roshan, and Aegis went to jo Miracle-. Nonetheless, we still had the means to fight, and we found a pickoff near the Roshpit a little after that.

The Battle Fury on Phantom Assassin helped her a lot, as ua Crystallize started to get a lot of farm. ua NAVI tried to trade towers with eu Team Liquid, but the opponent was way faster in pushing - we lost our T3 in the top lane. Phantom Lancer got his hands on the MKB rather early on, and was quite a threat; even the BKB wasn't helping much. eu Team Liquid went for the second Roshan; ua NAVI tried to contest it, but the fight didn't go our way. A sequence of unfortunate engagements led to our mid and top lanes being totally gone, and we had no resources to repel the push. The first game goes the way of eu Team Liquid.

ua NAVI had a decent early start - kg Blizzy was uncontested in the enemy jungle, hitting 5-minute Blink Dagger timing. That allowed him to be a lot more aggressive around the map, creating space. MagicaL had a nice mid as well, getting farm and items. Overall, the game was quite active, as both teams tried to go for some pickoffs. Enemy Meepo was farming up, meanwhile, which was certainly a problem. MagicaL, on the other hand, needed a lot of time to come online.

17 minutes in, eu Team Liquid went for the first Roshan of the game, with the Aegis for jo Miracle-. ua NAVI had to fall back and play passively. Unfortunately, that did stall our farm, while eu Team Liquid claimed all the money they wanted - Meepo was doubling the net worth of Sniper. The game slowly spiraled out of control, as the last fight near the Roshan sealed the deal. eu Team Liquid take the second game, and ua NAVI is the runner-up of MegaFon Winter Clash.
