New dates for the Fall Showdown

Due to the rescheduling of the Spring Major and the cancellation of the Valve tournament in the Fall, the organizers of the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown have moved the tournament by a week so that it does not overlap with ESL One Rio 2020. The competition was scheduled for November 17-22 but will take place on November 25-29.

Recall that recently ESL postponed the tournament in Rio de Janeiro from 11-24 May to 19-22 November due to the coronavirus pandemic. After the cancellation of one of the Majors, the prize pool of the championship was increased to $2,000,000 — a record amount for CS:GO.

Ten teams will play at the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, they will play for $325,000 and the slot in Fall Finals. The group stage of the BLAST Premier Spring Series has recently finished, where ua NAVI took first place in Group B and went into the Spring Finals stage, which will be held in Moscow on June 16-21. We hope that by this time the situation in the world will stabilize and BLAST Spring Finals will be held on LAN! #navination
