IEM Cologne 2024: the final vs. Vitality

The day is here, another final for this year's Born to Win! The final against Vitality at Lanxess Arena will start today at 17:00, the format is best of 3.

Our team not only made it to the semifinals easily thanks to three consecutive victories in the group stage, but was stronger than MOUZ in a super tense match (2 : 0). Inferno started for us with a victory on the defense side 9 : 3, but a second half comeback ended in extra time, where NAVI still beat their opponent (16 : 14). On Mirage the initiative passed from team to team several times, but the fate of the match was decided by two clutches from Aleksib in the final map (13 : 11).

Vitality are also showing a championship game at this tournament: the team confidently passed the group stage, defeating MOUZ in the final of Group B (2 : 0). In the semifinals today's opponent was a clear favorite against SAW and proved its status on two maps (13 : 6 Nuke, 13 : 3 Dust 2).

The last three times in best of 3 matches against Vitality NAVI have not come out victorious.We are sure that today we will get revenge and get a third IEM Cologne trophy in our collection!
