Esports World Cup 2024: CoD: Warzone tournament details

On July 3-6 the Call of Duty: Warzone tournament will be held as part of Esports World Cup 2024. This championship is notable for the fact that it will be the largest in the history of the discipline: its prize pool will be an impressive $ 1 000 000!

Tournament format:

As for the format of the upcoming competition, it consists of three stages. First, all teams will be divided into 3 groups in Solo mode, where they will have to play 4 maps each. The total score of each player will ultimately determine the seeding of the teams.

Subsequently, teams will be divided into equal groups.will need to play 8 matches. The top 14 participants go through to the finals, where they will again play 8 maps. Absolutely all games will be played on the Resurgence map.

It should be noted that the $ 2,000,000 prize fund will be divided among all participants, but only the top eight clubs will receive rating points. Thus, the champions of the tournament will receive $200,000 and 1,000 points.
