StarSeries S5: Videos ft. Edward and S1mple

In the first video,  Oleksandr "S1mple" Kostyliev's StarLadder history is described, as the player reminisces on his feelings from participation and winning against the pro players in StarSeries VIII 1v1.

"Hey guys! S1mple from NAVI here, and I’ll tell you my story today.

I took part in my first StarLadder tournament back in 2013, when such teams as Astana Dragons and NAVI played. When these two teams faced each other, I always thought AD would end up winning, because they were stronger skill-wise.

I enjoyed playing 1v1s. I participated in many aim championships during the first two or three years. Most memorable was my very first one, with many pros in attendance. Winning against shox felt especially good – I got a chance to shine and show what I’m capable of.

I love taking part in all StarLadder events – the home arena gives us confidence, as we are playing in our hometown with people who truly support us around.

We invite all of you to Palace Ukraine on June 2-3 to watch the playoffs of StarLadder i-League StarSeries! Looking forward to meeting you all! See you!"
