StarSeries S5: the grand-finals
The grand finals start at 19:45 CEST, Bo3 series.
The culmination of the StarSeries S5 is finally going to unravel, as 
NAVI.GG.BET will face off the representative of the North American scene - team 
NRG in a Bo3 series. The match is scheduled to start at 19:45 CEST and will be a Bo3 series.
NAVI had a rather tough journey ahead of them - the start of the group stage was not exactly optimistic, as we dropped the first series against 
Tyloo. The subsequent matches went well for us, as we defeated VG.FlashGaming and 
Virtus.pro. However, the series against 
mousesports seemed to be NAVI's kryptonite, as we did not manage to exit the group stage right away; the last, 5th stage of the groups pitted us against 
AVANGAR - 16:13 and 16:12 on Mirage and Inferno, respectively, brought us to the playoffs.
The first match of the playoffs was a rather intense series against 
SK - we went all the way into the third map, but ultimately, earned a right to advance to the next stage. There the same mousesports was waiting for us, but this time, we were ready to take revenge for the loss in the groups, beating them 2:1 and securing the spot in the grand finals!
NRG, in its turn, had the same score by the phase 5 of the groups (2:2) - their opening matches against Team Liquid and 
North saw them drop both of those series. They were close to elimination, but they stepped up their game, winning their 3 remaining games - VG.FlashGaming, 
HellRaisers and Renegades fell before their power. The playoffs was a rerun of the group stage for the team, as Team Liquid and North were its opponents yet again; only this time NRG prevailed, making it to the grand finals.
