NAVI.GG.BET invited to ESL One New York

NAVI to play in New York!

A great news for all NAVI.GG.BET fans: our team received a direct invite to ESL One New York! The vent will be held in Brooklyn's Barclays Center, where 8 teams will fight for a share of $ 300,000 prize pool from 26 to 30th of September.

In addition to Natus Vincere, a direct invitation to the tournament was already given to  FaZe Clan,  Team Liquid,  fnatic and  mousesports. Soon the last team that will receive an invite is going to be announced. The two remaining participants will be determined via the qualifications that will take place in the European (1 slot) and American (1 slot) region respectively.

On ESL One NY, 8 teams will be divided into 2 groups of 4 participants. In the group stage, the GSL system will be used, where all matches will be held in the best of 3. As for the playoffs, there will be two best teams from each group. In this part of the tournament we will see a single elimination, best of 3, and in the grand finals of the championship - the best of 5.

It should be noted that the ESL One New York 2018 is part of the Intel Grand Slam, which means that the teams will do their best to make another step closer to the coveted prize of $ 1 million - this amount will be granted to the team which will take 4 trophies from ESL and DreamHack Masters.

FaZe Clan is the closest to making it there: the European team has to win at least one of the two closest tournaments. The closest pursuer of  FaZe is the team  Astralis, which has two wins and six remaining attempts to achieve the goal.
