The first game started off decently for NAVI - despite losing Crystallize early on in the top lane, other lanes went well. MagicaL had an especially good game in the midlane against the enemy Alchemist - as TA hit level 6, Alchemist was still 3 and had to retreat into his jungle to try and catch up. MagicaL chose to go straight for Desolator as his first big item to boost the damage output. NAVI kept finding good fights and pickoffs, not allowing the Dire to catch up.
Fairly soon, NAVI managed to take down the first Roshan of the game, significantly improving the aggression potential. We still had to take down the outer towers, and we proceeded to do just that. Even when Espada tried to counter-attack, their efforts were in vain, as we have secured ourselves quite a good lead.
By 25 minutes, NAVI tried to go for the enemy highground after a good fight. Espada lost T3 and a barrack but managed to score a few very valuable kills. However, it was not enough to decisively turn the game around. NAVI waited for a little bit for everyone to respawn and engaged in the final attack. Espada crumbled, as the first game went the way of NAVI - 1:0!

The second game kicked off rather evenly - while our mid player had a good laning stage, the core hero of Espada was also doing rather well. Those two heroes led the net worth charts, but the rest of NAVI wasn't too far behind. We tried to shut down the possible early aggression from Espada's Drow Ranger to avoid losing towers. This strategy proved to be successful, as 10 minutes in NAVI were ahead of Espada by 2k gold and a few towers taken, We secured an early advantage.
Fights was the name of the game, as the teams didn't focus on the farming, but instead preferred to fight each other. The fights were often close, but most often, NAVI were the ones to benefit from the fights a lot more. However, after a couple of bad fights, we fell slightly behind, and Espada managed to claim the first Aegis of the game.
The Aegis didn't salvage the situation, though - a fight initiated by NAVI resulted in a few deaths by Espada, and we went on the offensive. The opponents used 2 smokes in a row, but they were extremely ineffective - they kept losing heroes. Ultimately, NAVI engaged the enemy high ground, taking the mid T3 and a barrack. A couple of minutes later, Drow Ranger was caught in her own base - we take the series 2:0!
