MegaFon Winter Clash closed qualifiers: against Vega Squadron

NAVI.GG.BET will fight Vega Squadron in the first round of MegaFon Winter Clash closed qualifiers. The match will begin on November 21 at 16:00 CET, the format is the best of 3.

As a reminder, Vega Squadron has recently signed Team Lithium, which is now representing "the sharks". In addition, since the start of this season, the “yellow-blacks” have already met with this opponent several times: first, at the Autumn Brawl, and then twice during the DreamLeague Season 10 Minor. Notably, Natus Vincere players were the ones to triumph in all those matches.

The qualifier bracket is a double elimination. In other words, each participant has a right to make a mistake, which, hopefully, will not be used by our guys. More information about the bracket can be found below.

In total, eight teams will take part in the closed qualifiers: seven of them received a direct invitation, and one more, Team Spirit, came from the open qualifiers. However, in the end, only one team will go to the main stage of the competition.

MegaFon Winter Clash will be held from December 7 to 9 in Moscow. Crocus Expo will host the fights for a share of $ 300,000. There are a few very well-known teams among the invited participants: Virtus.pro, Team Secret, Forward Gaming, PSG.LGD. and Team Liquid.
