MegaFon Winter Clash qualifiers: The first victory
An extremely dominant series from our team!
NAVI.GG.BET played against
Vega Squadron in a Bo3 at MegaFon Winter Clash closed qualifiers. The games were very fast-paced, and in the end,
NAVI took both maps!

The first game started off quite well for NAVI - we claimed the first blood, and were able to do some rotations around the map. Especially after level 6, the Dire heroes started roaming on the map, looking for kills, Lina in particular. By 10 minutes,
NAVI had 3 heroes in the top of the net worth chart, and 6k advantage only proved we had a very good early game. Luna was getting all the farm needed, even participating in some fights. Overall,
Vega fell quite behind.
As the game approached its mid phase, Vega felt they had to do something about
Crystallize. They smoked up and ganked him in the jungle, but lost 3 heroes in return. As
NAVI found a pickoff on Brewmaster, we went for the first T3 of the game, with the first lane down. Meanwhile enemy Terrorblade was split-pushing the top lane, and managed to take the T3 for himself, but was forced to retreat, as Luna TP-ed back.
NAVI retreated after losing a few heroes, but engaged in a fight soon after - an ultra-kill for Lina.
A little after that fight, NAVI went for the Roshan.
Vega smoked up under our ward to try and contest, but thanks to the knowledge, we were able to react timely, getting some kills before falling back, as
Vega couldn't afford to contest Roshan. A fight broke out in the top lane, as the Radiant got wiped off the face of the map -
NAVI take map 1.
Game 2 - Natus Vincere [2:0] Vega Squadron

The second game saw First Blood spilled right as the horn was about to blow, and NAVI claimed 3 out of 4 bounties. Lanes were quite even - a rotation by Tiny allowed
MagicaL to establish dominance - with courier dead, enemy Storm had to die to neutrals, suffering a rather big death timer. Bottom lane had
Crystallize in a very good position in terms of both gold and XP.
NAVI kept finding solo kills around the map, breaking ahead even further. We got all 4 bounties by 10 minutes, and Tiny got his hands on the Blink Dagger.
By 13 minutes, teams clashed in the bot lane, near our T1. Templar Assassin almost died, but managed to survive, and the fight ended with 4-0. Another similar fight broke out in mid, next to Vega T2.
Vega lost a lot again, and eventually,
NAVI made their way towards Roshan, taking the Aegis. From then onwards, it was the
NAVI show all the way - as the teams kept fighting,
Vega had nothing to counter it. Even if they got some items, that was nowhere near enough - the game ended at 19 minutes, as
NAVI take the series 2-0!
