OSL Europe 2018: NAVI.GG.BET performance results

The championship has come to an end

For six days, the NAVI.GG.BET squad of PUBG fought in the OGN Super League Europe PUBG Invitational tournament! Our guys showed a worthy result, and in this material, we summarize the results of the championship.

The format of the competition suggested that part of the prize pool goes to the best team of the day. The points were awarded for the kills and for the victory on the map — the participants did not receive any points for survival.

“Yellow-black” took a great start and hit the jackpot during fights on the map Sanhok. So, NAVI became the best squad of the first day, for which they received € 5,000. On the second day, our guys gave up the first place to the  Ninjas in Pyjamas, however, this did not prevent the team from taking the first place at the end of all matches on the map, bypassing the nearest pursuer by 18 points and getting another € 10,000. Thus, only in the first series of battles the Born to Win won € 15,000.

Then the teams competed on Miramar. The matches on this map have become a real test of strength for  Natus Vincere. The players had a hard time: in two games NAVI did not earn any points, but finished the day on a positive note — they took the top 1 in the last game. Having improved the results in the second half of the games on the desert map, the “yellow-blacks” approached the top line of the overall rating, but they failed to catch up with the leading team FaZe Clan and Team Liquid.

Finally, the teams went to the expanses of Erangel. For two days, the Born to Win consistently demonstrated excellent aim and finished first twice. Our squad naturally ranked among the best in each of the series of matches. NAVI was just one step away from the triumph on Erangel: the only team that got ahead was AVANGAR, whose assets included three first places.

It is worth noting that  NAVI got the most points in total for the whole tournament: in 24 maps, the squad got 132 frags, and this result was surpassed only by the players of the FaZe Clan — they had 133 kills. In addition, three representatives of our team were in the rating of the most successful shooters: Artem «Sadovnik» Danilyuk (41), Dmitry «Recrent» Osintsev (35) and Vadim «POKAMOLODOY» Ulshin (31).
