The final list of "New Legends" participants
The New Legends stage kicks off on February 20th!

Winstrike match came to an end, all the participants of the next stage at IEM Katowice Major have been determined. So, the “New Contenders” saw two American, one CIS, one Australian, and four EU teams advance forth. A complete list of teams in the “New Legends” stage can be found below.
The venue for the next stage will be the International Congress Center, where players will perform in front of a small amount of fans. Just like during “New Contenders” stage, each of the sixteen participants will be asked to give a certain rating to the opponent, and that will become the basis for the pairs in the first round of the group stage.

Further, the rating of teams will change depending on the results in each individual match: the winners will take some rating from the losing team. At later stages, the organizers of the competition will form pairs based on the established ratings of the teams.
According to ESL, the first round matches at the “New Legends” stage will be announced on Tuesday — the day before the start of the second group stage. We believe that our guys used the free time after the ICE London Challenge wisely and will approach IEM Katowice Major fully prepared! #NAVINATION
