The first game started off incredibly slowly on both sides. The teams were farming a lot, so over 15 minutes, there were only 5 kills total on the map. However, we had better farming opportunities, so ua NAVI had a 4k gold lead around that time. As the midgame started, teams were still in no rush, only trading a few kills here and there, neither getting too much advantage. However, the opponents managed to catch up in terms of net worth.

The first big fight erupted at 33 minutes, with both teams losing 3 heroes. The buybacks, though, allowed ru Team Empire to tip the balance in their favor, as the got the Aegis for their Terrorblade. A couple of unfortunate fights soon after set us back a lot, and ru Team Empire seized the advantage. 42 minutes in they went for the high ground push, dismantling ua NAVI thanks to a sizeable net worth advantage. Game 1 is taken by ru Team Empire.

The second game started off relatively slow, with the First Blood spilled ay almost 3 minutes. There was a fair bit of action, especially on the bottom lane, but no kills really happening as of yet. However, this changed fairly soon, as a few good fights with Track from Bounty Hunter tipped the scales in favor of ru Team Empire. A particularly bad fight for ua NAVI ended with 3 dead on our side only for enemy Bounty Hunter. After that, there were no fights for a while, with both teams farming up.

ru Team Empire continued to take over the map, eventually getting whopping 4 kills. The string of bad fights was finally interrupted by thirty minutes, when the opponent came close to our high ground — ua NAVI killed the majority of enemy heroes, taking T2 after it, and reducing the gap to only 3-4k gold. After ru Team Empire scored 2 kills, though, they went for another Roshan, securing the Aegis for the PA. The Aegis didn't last long, though — ru Team Empire went for the mid T3 and barracks, but we went on the counter-offensive: despite losing the T3 and a barrack, we scored a few important kills.

Those kills allowed ua NAVI to rush down the midlane, destroying T3 and forcing out the buybacks. Unfortunately, the rest of the game wasn't as good for our guys — 3 kills and diebacks on our heroes spelled the end of the game for us, as we had no resources to defend. The series goes to ru Team Empire 2:0.
