EPICENTER Major 2019: Qualifiers day 2
The game day promises to be tough
Today NAVI.GG.BET team will continue to play at EPICENTER Major 2019 qualifiers. There are 4 Bo1 to come today.
The first rival of our guys will be Winstrike Team, the game is scheduled for 14:00. Despite the fact that this team finished the first game day with a score of 1: 2, you need to remember that the lost games were against Virtus.pro and Gambit Esports. In other words, our guys need to go to the fight fully armed, as the updated Winstrike Team looks very menacing.
Immediately after this game, the yellow-black will face Team Empire. After the first day, Empire face a rather precarious situation: the team lost three out of four games and risks not making it into the playoffs. For this reason, the enemy will be in the most fighting mood, and NAVI players need to remember this.
Two final matches for Natus Vincere will be the most difficult. At about 18:00 our guys will meet with the main contender for winning the competition - Virtus.pro. The Bears also finished the first game day with a score of 3: 0, so you can safely expect that the name of the team that earns the first slot on EPICENTER Major 2019 will be determined in the face-to-face encounter.
The final match will be with Gambit Esports. They had a good first day, but in the most important match for them — against Virtus.pro — they didn't show much. As a result, the team has three victories and one defeat, so the viewers predict the team a guaranteed spot in the playoffs.

Despite the fact that our guys had more kills in the first 15 minutes of the game, this did not give them an advantage: both teams were almost on par with the earned gold. Natus Vincere tipped the scales in their favor at 31 minutes after a successful fight near Roshan, with Ember Spirit claiming the Aegis.
Our team managed to take down two sides and increase their advantage to 9 thousand gold. However, the enemy did not intend to surrender just yet, and killed Roshan at 40 minutes after a successful fight.
However, this did not really help Winstrike Team: NAVI had a great fight, which resulted in a deadly push down the lane and Mega Creeps. The game ended at 43 minutes after another successful fight by our guys. Another win for the yellow-black!

The early game from both teams was very careful. The reason is simple: both teams tried to give space for their carry heroes who needed farm. As a result, in the first 15 minutes of the game the teams had just 8 kills combined.
Midgame also turned out to be somewhat slow and steady: despite a few fights, the teams were more engaged in pushing, since the heroes allowed that. Neither team had a particularly big advantage.
A big fight unraveled 40 minutes in. Both teams suffered some casualties. Nevertheless, our guys gained more from this battle — they killed Roshan and gained 7k gold advantage.
The game came to its end somewhat unexpectedly. Yellow-blacks had a good fight, killing Terrorblade. Team Empire core did not have a buyback available, and the opponent GG-ed out of the game.

The initial stage of the game can hardly be called successful for our team: although Phantom Assassin was the first in terms of net worth, three enemy heroes were right behind. The bears had 5k gold advantage by 22 minutes.
A couple of minutes later a fight took place, during which the “yellow-black” lost their bottom lane. The advantage of the enemy was then 12 thousand gold. However, our guys were not ready to throw in the towel, ambushing the opponent and reclaiming some of the gold gap.
The next fight, on the 29th minute, fully returned Natus Vincere to the game. Our guys not only annihilated the advantage of "bears" but also took Roshan. Aegis was claimed by Phantom Assassin.
The game became very volatile: the advantage was never on one side for too long. It was very difficult to say who exactly would be the winner of the game.
The series ended with the throne trade — our guys won it! 1: 0 - Natus Vincere win!
