NAVI.GG.BET — PEL Phase 2 runner-up!

NAVI claim the second place, $75,000 and a slot at GLL Grand Slam

The eight-week marathon of the best teams in Europe and the CIS at PUBG Europe League Phase 2 is over! NAVI.GG.BET maintained the first place from the fourth week onwards, but the final matches played a cruel joke with the team. 

The guys have come a really long and difficult journey: the championship in Berlin began on May 17th. The summer came, the competition gained momentum. Having made it into the top 5 from the very first matches NAVI never lost ground, and for a long time the battle was fought over the first line of the standings. 

Before the start of the seventh week ,NAVI were leading with a margin of 38 points. However, the squad's success suddenly declined: having played poorly in several games in a row, by the eighth week the team was ahead of the closest pursuers by 17 points, and in the course of the final fights, the serious struggle for the leadership broke out.  G2 headed the standings before the start of the final day: its gap from the yellow-blacks was only three points. Natus Vincere did their best to achieve the best result, but luck was not on the side of our squad. The position of the team in the table was decided in the 96th game: having played as accurately as possible, NAVI got to the second line, falling behind the first place by 15 points.

 NAVI became the runner-up of PUBG Europe League, but it coped with the minimal task. The guys claimed $75,000 out of the prize pool and a slot for GLL Grand Slam: PUBG Classic. Recall that this championship will be held from July 19 to July 21 in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Although NAVI did not manage to earn gold, the team showed a high level of individual and team play throughout this time.  We thank each of the guys for the full dedication! There is a short break ahead, and then another journey and new battles in the LAN tournament. We look forward to the battles! #NAVINATION
