A draw was held at the DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019 for the group stage, as a result of which the NAVI.GG.BET team got into group B and their first rival will be - North. Aside from that, teams such as Team Liquid, mousesports, NRG, NiP, ex-OpTic and Grayhound will perform in the same group with the Born to Win.

The format of the tournament will include a group stage and playoffs. At the first stage of the competition, the GSL system will be used, and only 6 teams will overcome it - 3 from each group. So, the winners of the group stage will go immediately to the semi-finals of the tournament, and the teams that take 2nd and 3rd places will have to start their performance in quarter-final. The initial and elimination matches will be in the best of 1 format, all the remaining matches - best of 3.

As for the playoffs, the classic single elimination bracket, best of 3, will be played, with the exception of the grand final, where teams will have to fight it out till three victories. DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019 will be held from October 1 to 6. The prize pool of the championship will be $ 250,000.
