TwitchCon San Diego 2019: tournament recap

Second place for the "yellow-black"!

On September 29th, the Apex Legends tournament was held as part of the TwitchCon San Diego 2019. We summarize the performance of the NAVI.GG.BET at the championship.

The first thing to note is that getting to the competition for professional teams was not so easy. “Yellow-blacks” , where they took second place and thus became one of the six teams that passed the selection.

The championship itself surprised us with the format. Participants were divided into two categories: in the first category were the teams for which it was possible to get an additional cash reward, and in the second category - teams made up of famous streamers. NAVI fell into the first category, which is why the game for them was not the easiest.

Nevertheless, our guys performed very worthily, in six draws, got twice into the top 3. We can call it a good result, given the format of the championship. This was enough for Natus Vincere to take the second place among the teams for which additional awards were given.
