DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019: semifinal

In the semifinals of DreamHack Masters Malmo, the  NAVI.GG.BET —  Team Vitality match will take place. The match will start at 18:50 CEST on October 5th and will be in the best of 3 format.

To get to this stage of the tournament, Team Vitality went the same way as our five, except for losing to  Astralis (0 : 2) in the final of the upper bracket of group A. Defeat in the match with the Danes meant that the French would start playing in the playoff from the quarterfinals, and their opponent was the European team mousesports. The fight with the “mice” was intense, it took three maps to identify the winner, but in the end,  Team Vitality turned out to be stronger (2 : 0).

NAVI and Team Vitality met only once — at IEM Katowice 2019, where, after three overtimes, our five won (25 : 22 — Mirage). Before the game, it is worth noting that each team has a permanent ban: Vertigo and Train. In the best of 3 at DreamHack Masters Malmo, the French twice picked Inferno and once Dust2, so you should expect one of these maps in the meeting. We hope that there was enough time to prepare for the game with Team Vitality and NAVI will be able to get into the grand finals of the tournament! #navination
