ESL Pro League S10 Finals: before the tournament
The tournament will start on December 3!
The first winter major tournament in CS: GO — ESL Pro League S10 will take place on December 3 to 8. NAVI.GG.BET will be joining the fight on Tuesday, so let's take a look at what we can expect from the championship.
The ESL Pro League S10 LAN final was preceded by a regular part of the season, where the teams competed against each other for eight coveted slots that allowed them to reach the final stage of the tournament. Natus Vincere has successfully completed this stage, solving all the challenges in the first stage of qualification. So, our guys won three victories and took first place in the group.

In addition, Natus Vincere players have pleased their fans with individual achievements.
S1mple is in the first position (1.32) did the most damage per round (90.6) on average and got the most kills per round (0.89). As for the other players,
GuardiaN has the best KAST score (78.9%) and was the best at supporting the teammates (26.7%);
flamie was the second among those who died less frequently than the others on average per round (0.57).
As for other regional leagues, six slots were played out for North America. They went to MIBR,
Sharks,
Team Liquid,
EG,
100Thieves and
ATK. The remaining two places went to Asia and Oceania (
Grayhound and
TYLOO). The venue of the LAN-final will be a sports and concert "Arena Fyn" in Odense, Denmark. This venue seats 4000 spectators.
The group stage will begin with the best of 1 matches, and all other games will last until two victories, with the exception of the grand finals, where the teams will play up to three victories. In addition, the group stage will now use double elimination, where the winner goes directly into the semi-finals, and the second and third places begin their way into the playoffs from the quarter-finals. The playoff format is still single elimination.
It is worth reminding that in addition to the $750,000 prize fund, the teams are also competing for a side event bonus - Intel Grand Slam. It guarantees a cash prize of $1,000,000 to the six-time tournament champion (10 attempts after the first win) or four-time Masters winner (one big tournament to win, such as the Major) from ESL and the DreamHack Masters! In addition, the winner of the ESL Pro League S10 will receive a slot in IEM Katowice 2020.
Now let's have a look at the group that NAVI got into. In the first round, the team from China
TYLOO will become the rival of our guys. Currently, this team is on the 19th place in the HLTV rating. Recently, the guys took part in the CAC 2019 home tournament and many were pleased with their game, reached the semifinals, where they lost to
mousesports. You can be sure that there will not be a simple duel with this opponent, especially when it's best of 1. We hope that the Born to Win will approach the match with
TYLOO with all seriousness.

If our five manage to beat the Chinese team, then they will be waiting for the match with the winner of the game MIBR —
FaZe Clan. Recently, the results of both teams have improved. So, the Brazilians got into the top 4 at CAC 2019, with some cool comebacks.
MiBR also managed to reach the final of the ESL Pro League S10 and ECS S8. While Europeans did not manage to get to ECS, but won the BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen and got into the top 4 at IEM Beijing 2019.
In the other side of the bracket are Heroic —
100Thieves and
fnatic —
Evil Geniuses. With
Heroic, our guys played recently (StarSeries S8), and it was the Danes who knocked the Born to Win out of the competition. In recent months, the Danish team has taken part in many qualifications, where they had a great success: getting on the ECS S8, ESL Pro League S10, EPICENTER 2019 and StarSeries S8.
Heroic also managed to win DreamHack Open Atlanta and DreamHack Open Rotterdam. Under the tag
100Thieves are now the Australians from previously
Renegades. Now they are among the five best teams of HLTV. At the last championship (IEM Beijing 2019), the Australians reached the grand finals, where they lost to
Astralis (0: 3).
The last two representatives of Group A are among the three leaders in the HLTV rating. After winning the StarSeries S8, the EG did not manage to advance from the groups at IEM Beijing 2019, losing to
FaZe Clan, and lost to
mousesports in the quarterfinals of CAC 2019. As for
fnatic, despite all the difficulties (due to health problems
KRIMZ did not attend the second stage of the ESL Pro League S10 regular season), the Swedes reached the final stage of the championship. In addition, after the return of
flusha and
Golden , the Swedish team won DreamHack Masters Malmo and took second place in the StarSeries S8.
ESL Pro League S10 will be a serious challenge for Natus Vincere. We believe that our guys will have a productive bootcamp and will approach the championship fully prepared! #navination
