Patch 7.23f
A small tweaks on heroes
Dota 2 has a new patch, 7.23f. This patch features significant changes to some of the heroes including Puck and Treant Protector. Below you can find all of the changes:
General changes
- — A team that is behind no longer receives bonus gold if the difference between the opponents is 1k or less.
Hero changes
Doom
— Base Strength reduced by 2;
— Scorched Earth: damage reduced from 20/35/50/65 to 15/30/45/60;
— Scorched Earth: mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75 to 60 / 70/80/90.
Drow Ranger
— Multishot: Mana cost increased from 50/60/70/80 to 50/70/90/110;
— Multishot: Slow duration changed from 1/2/3/4 to 1.25 / 2 / 2.75 / 3,5.
Lone Druid
— Spirit Bear: First level damage reduced by 5.
Outworld Devourer
— Sanity's Eclipse: damage multiplier reduced from 0.5 to 0.4.
Puck
— Base damage reduced by 2;
— Fixed a bug where Ethereal Jaunt attacked zombies;
— Waning Rift no longer moves the hero if he is under Root (but still casts the spell);
— Level 10 talent changed from Phase Shift Attacks to +30 Damage;
— Level 15 talent changed from +90 damage to Phase Shift Attacks.
Snapfire
— Base armor reduced by 1;
— Mortimer Kisses: cooldown increased from 90 to 110.
Tiny
— Base attack speed decreased from 100 to 90;
— Strength gain per level decreased from 4.1 to 3.8;
— Toss: cast range decreased from 1300 to 1000/1100/1200/1300;
— Tree Grab: movement speed penalty increased from 25 to 30.
Treant Protector
— Strength gain per level reduced from 3.7 to 3.5;
— Leech Seed: Slow reduced from 26/34/42/50% to 18/24/30/36%;
— Overgrowth: mana cost increased from 150 / 175/200 to 200/250/300.
Ursa
— Earthshock: No longer moves a hero if he is under the influence of Root (but still casts the spell).
Vengeful Spirit
— Magic Missile: cooldown increased from 9 to 12/11/10/9;
— Nether Swap: increased casting time from 0.3 to 0.4.
Viper
— Poison Attack: Manacost increased from 20 to 25.
