S1mple ranked second in HLTV.org

Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev — in the top three players of the world!

Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev took second place in the HLTV.org ranking for the year 2019. The fight for the title of the best player in the world happened between  ZywOo and  s1mple, and the winner of this battle became the french player.

In 2019,  s1mple showed a second rating (1.29), got the highest number of kills on average per round (0.85), and spent the most rounds with one or more kills (54.1%). In addition, Sasha took second place in successful first duels (64.4%) and was in fourth place with an average damage per round (84.8).

Also in the past year, Sasha won an MVP award at StarSeries S7, and was also awarded six EVPs: at IEM Katowice 2019, DreamHack Masters Malmo 2019, ESL One Cologne 2019, BLAST Copenhagen and ESL Pro League S10 Finals.

Recall that  s1mple took fourth place in 2016 and eighth place in 2017. In 2018, Sasha managed to become the best player in the world!
