ESL One Los Angeles 2020 CIS qualifier

From February 9 to 14, the third qualifier of Dota Pro Circuit 2019/2020 will take place. Natus Vincere received a direct invite into the regional qualifier.

A total of ten teams will take part in the qualifying matches: eight of them received direct invitations, and two more went through open qualification.

All participants are divided into two groups of six teams each: the two best teams in each group go into the second phase, the teams that took third places go to the third phase, and the rest leave the qualifiers.

In the second phase, participants will play the Double Elimination bracket, from which two team will go to ESL One Los Angeles 2020. In the third phase, two teams will receive slots for  StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3.

Qualification format

Group stage (February 9-10):
— 10 teams divided into 2 groups 5 teams each;
— Round Robin best of 2;
— teams on the first and second places advance to the second phase;
— teams in the third places advance to the third phase;
— teams on the 4-5th places leave the competition. 

Playoffs (February 11-12):
— 4 teams;
— Double Elimination bracket with best of 3 matches;
— winners of the upper and lower bracket get to the Major tournament.
