The first Apex Legends Major-tournament was postponed due to coronavirus.

The organizers of the first Apex Legends Major-tournament of the season have announced that they will postpone the championship that was scheduled for March 13-15. New dates have not been specified. 

The decision was made in connection with an outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19 in order to protect all participants and spectators from getting infected.

The organizers of the tournament will monitor the situation and further inform how the scheduling of the competition will affect the esports season. However, they noted that Apex Legends Global Series Online Tournament #2 will be held on schedule, March 21-23.

Recall that  Natus Vincere positioned which allows them to start the Global Series Major 1 from the playoffs stage.
