The tournament is divided into two stages. The competition in four groups (8 participants each) will be held by the Swiss system, the format of matches — best of 1. Sixteen strongest teams will get to the playoffs, where the winner will be determined by the Single Elimination bracket with matches up to two victories.

CEE Champions will take place on October 10th-31st. The total prize fund of the tournament will be $ 15 000.
