Patch 7.28c

The new patch is already in the game!

Dota 2 has released patch 7.28c, which has nerfed some of the meta heroes. Below are all the changes to the patch.

BATRIDER
Sticky Napalm deals 50% less damage to all creeps.

BEASTMASTER
Starting attack speed decreased from 110 to 100;
Call of the Wild Boar: move speed decreased from 350 to 320/330/340/350.

EARTHSHAKER
Aftershock from Fissure with Aghanim's Shard now stuns half of the duration.

KEEPER OF THE LIGHT
Recall delay increased from 3 to 5/4/3.

LYCAN
Summon Wolves duration decreased from 55 to 50.

MORPHLING
Morph cooldown decreased from 160/100/40 to 140/100/60;
Additional Morph's spell range from Aghanim's Scepter decreased from 600 to 300;
Aghanim's Scepter now reduces the Morph's cooldown to 20.

NATURE'S PROPHET
Base attack time of Greater Treants increased from 1.0 to 1.4.

NYX ASSASSIN
Vendetta no longer applies Break to the target;
Vendetta cooldown changed from 90/70/50 to 90/75/60.

OUTWORLD DEVOURER
Move speed decreased from 325 to 320;
Armor reduced by 1;
Arcane Orb cooldown increased from 4/3/2/0 to 6/4/2/0;
Astral Imprisonment manacost increased from 120 to 150.

PUCK
Base attack damage decreased from 46-57 to 46-54;
Waning Rift damage reduced from 70/140/210/280 to 70/130/190/250;
Dream Coil stun with Aghanim's Scepter reduced from 2/3.25/4.5 to 2/3/4.

RIKI
Tricks Of The Trade with Aghanim's Scepter no longer increases the duration of the ability;
Level 25 talent changed from «-6 Tricks of the Trade cd reduction» to «-4 Tricks of the Trade cd reduction».

SHADOW SHAMAN
Additional range of Shackles with Aghanim's Shard decreased from 150 to 125.

VOID SPIRIT
Base damage reduced by 2.

WRAITH KING
Wraithfire Blast cooldown increased from 14/12/10/8 to 17/14/11/8;
Base damage of Vampiric Aura skeletons reduced by 3.
