NAVI will face Heroic in the semi-finals of DreamHack Masters Spring 2021. The match will begin on May 8 at 20:00 and will be held in a best of 3 format.

Heroic have qualified for the main stage of the tournament through the European qualifiers. In the group stage, the Danes went through the upper bracket, defeating paiN Gaming (16: 6 - Nuke), BIG (2 : 0) and Astralis (16: 6 - Nuke, 16: 6 - Inferno). On April 11, Heroic celebrated their victory at ESL Pro League Season 13 by defeating Gambit Esports 3: 2 in the final. A week later, they met again at BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2021, where Gambit came out on top on three maps. At the moment, Heroic are in the 2nd position in the HLTV.org standings.

NAVI and Heroic have not met this year. For the last three months, Heroic played best on Nuke (7 wins, 1 loss) and Vertigo (5 wins, 1 loss), and worse on Train (4 wins and 3 losses). The Danes preferably ban Dust2.
