NAVI will play Team Spirit in the first round of the playoffs. The match will start at 19:00 CEST and will be held in a best of 3 format.

In the group stage of , Team Spirit finished in first place of Group B. The Dragons defeated K23, Entropiq, Virtus.pro and 100PingGods each with a score of 2:1. At the last RMR tournament, Team Spirit finished fourth place, losing 1:2 in a tight match against Virtus.pro. In spite of the defeat, the Russian team takes the first place in the CIS RMR ranking.

The last time NAVI and Team Spirit met, was in the group stage of where Born to Win lost 0:2. Over the past three months, the Dragons have played their best on Dust2 (14 wins, 2 losses) and Overpass (5 wins, 2 losses) but struggled to perform on Inferno (2 wins, 6 losses). Most often, Team Spirit bans Vertigo, further they played on Ancient only once and lost to Virtus.pro (17:19).
