S1mple is once again HLTV.org’s Player of the Year

HLTV.org has announced the finalist of the 2021 CS:GO Player of the Year. Oleksandr «s1mple» Kostyliev topped the ranking, repeating his 2018 achievement. Recall, that in 2019 and 2020 s1mple took second place.

In 2021, Sasha beat dev1ce’s record for the number of MVP awards in one year. S1mple was an MVP of eight tournaments, including PGL Major Stockholm 2021. The Dane had 7 MVPs in 2018.
