Ami and N1ghtEnd appointed to new positions

NAVI / News / 16 June 2022 — 17:25

The structure of Natus Vincere recently underwent some changes. Amiran "ami" Rekhviashvili is now Head of Esports, and Yaroslav "N1ghtEnd" Klochko is appointed as Head of Teams Management.

Ami will be responsible for sports results, the formation of rosters, and oversee the work of the current academy along with the launch of new ones in club’s key disciplines. It is his skills and knowledge that helped the club build one of the best CS:GO academies in the world, which b1t, m0NESY and other young talents “graduated” from. We want to apply this experience in other teams of the club.

In his new position, Amiran will continue to help NAVI Junior, but will devote less time to building the training process. Therefore, we are looking for a new coach of the roster. The minimum requirements for this job are experience in performing on the pro scene and skills in creating a training methodology. Please send your applications to: [email protected].

N1ghtEnd joined NAVI 7 years ago, successfully coped with the management of many teams (FIFA, Fortnite, Paladins, R6S, CS:GO), and contributed to development processes that the club now uses in its activities. Given the number of disciplines and plans to launch new rosters, Yaroslav's experience comes in handy in his new role. N1ghtEnd will be responsible for the effective work of managers, control of the organization of bootcamps and trips, and teams interactions with the media and marketing departments.
