BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024 — Final vs. Spirit

After a solid performance in the group stage, Born to Win easily won the semifinals of the BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024 against Outsiders yesterday. On Anubis, our team took 11 rounds in the first half of the match and then calmly finished the map in their favor (13 : 5). On Mirage, the Outsiders showed a more competitive performance, but NAVI proved to be stronger again (13 : 9).

Spirit, like our team, entered the playoffs as the top team of Group B. The team easily defeated G2 (2 : 1) and Outsiders (2 : 0), but the match against Vitality in the semifinals was a real test, which the "dragons" successfully passed (11 : 13 Mirage, 13 : 9 Dust 2, 13 : 9 Anubis).

The statistics don't look good for us. NAVI hasn't been able to beat Spirit in best-of-3 matches this year, despite three attempts at IEM Katowice 2024, PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and IEM Dallas 2024.
