The International 2025: Tournament Kickoff

Today at 13:00 CEST, NAVI will begin their campaign at the biggest tournament of the year – The International 2025! In the first round of the group stage, Born to Win will face the Chinese team Tidebound. The match format is Best of 3.

This team received a direct invitation to the championship after a fairly successful season. Tidebound, founded earlier this year, have already won several qualifiers and later secured top placements in various tournaments, most recently winning Clavision Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi.

The roster of Tidebound is particularly interesting, as it includes three former The International 2016 champions from Wings Gaming – a team that won the hearts of many Dota 2 fans. Faith_bian and y` continue to impress fans with their gameplay, while bLink has moved to the coach position.

Other members of Tidebound are also well-known and have already achieved great success on the professional scene. Shiro and planet took 3rd place with LGD Gaming at The International 2023, and NothingToSay came just one step short of triumph at The International 2021.

Regardless of the result of this match, NAVI will have another game later today in the second round of the Swiss system. We believe that our players will be fully prepared for both matches and will show their best performance.
