EWC 2025 Apex Legends Tournament Details

One of the most anticipated summer Apex Legends tournaments kicks off in Riyadh today: ALGS 2025: Midseason Playoffs, held as part of the Esports World Cup 2025, the world’s largest esports festival.

Forty of the world’s strongest teams, selected based on the results of past championships and regional Pro League splits, will compete over a $2,000,000 prize pool and 3,550 EWC club points.

The tournament includes three stages: Group Stage, Last Chance, and the playoffs. On the first day, matches will take place within two even groups of 20, with each team playing 10 maps. Based on the results, the top 7 teams from each group will advance to the playoffs. Teams placing 8th to 17th will proceed to the Last Chance stage, while the rest will get eliminated.
