Esports World Cup 2025: MLBB Women's Invitational 2025 Details
The second week of this year's biggest esports festival — Esports World Cup 2025 — will feature a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang contest about to kick off: MLBB Women's Invitational 2025. Two NAVI rosters will compete in the tournament: NAVI PH, the reigning EWC champions, and NAVI MY, determined to make their mark.
The prize pool stands at $500,000 and 3,350 EWC points, with the winners set to claim $150,000 and 1,000 points.
The tournament will take place in two stages. First, the teams will enter the group stage following a Double Elimination system with best-of-3 matches. Based on the results, the top eight teams will advance to the playoffs, where the competition will continue in a Single Elimination format.
NAVI PH enter the competition as favorites: last year, they claimed the Esports World Cup title after defeating Team Vitality 3–0 in the grand final. Now, they're aiming to defend their championship and reaffirm dominance on the global stage. Based on the group draw, NAVI PH will compete in Group C, facing CFU Serendipity in their opening match — scheduled for July 15 at 13:00 CEST.
NAVI MY will play in Group B, kicking off their performance against Gaimin Gladiators on July 15 at 11:00 CEST.
Previously, NAVI player Luis Guadalupe "DarkAngel" Castillo Gomez delivered a strong EWC 2025 performance in the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves discipline, securing third place and earning $100,000 along with 500 EWC ranking points for the club.
