Gamers8 2023: vs. Vitality

After a grueling match against FURIA in the quarterfinals of Gamers8, Born to Win will face Vitality. The match is scheduled to start at 20:00 and the format is best of 3.

NAVI went into the match with FURIA as favorites, but the beginning of the game did not go according to plan: on Nuke, our team started with a 10 : 5 score for defense, but failed to demonstrate a quality offense, taking only one round in their favor (11 : 16). Dominating on the second Mirage (14 : 6), Born to Win started losing their comeback potential, but were saved thanks to the efforts of iM and jL (1.42 and 1.25 rating). On the third Ancient (16 : 4 in favor of NAVI), the Brazilian team had no chance against b1t, who finished this map with an incredible 2.04 rating .

The winners of the last major, in turn, took care of MIBR (16 : 7 Anubis, 16 : 8 Inferno) in a rather mundane fashion and advanced to the quarterfinals.

Remember that Gamers8 2023 is a single-elimination tournament. This means that if you lose any match, you will be eliminated from the tournament. Be sure to cheer for NAVI in their match against Vitality! #ObsessedWe
