HCS 2021-22: Europe Open Series 5 Results
The Europe Open Series 5 has come to an end. NAVI took the second place in a fierce fight, earning $ 375 and 4,800 rating points.
Needless to say, our team hasn’t had the best start to the championship. They went to the bottom bracket in the second round, where BLVKHVND.EU turned out to be stronger. However later,the NAVI players showed an excellent perfomance, without losing a single map up to the grand final.
Among the defeated teams were the offenders BLVKHVND.EU, as well as a very strong team - Quadrant. But now NAVI had to overcome Acend in two series of best of 5 matches in a row according to the rules of the competition.
Although the first series ended with a victory of NAVI with a score of 3 : 1, it was difficult to achieve a similar result in the second series. Acend came out on top with the 2 : 3 victory and our team finished the championship in the second place.
