HCS 2023: NAVI — Europe Open Series 2 Champions

On March 19, the second European Open Series Halo Championship Series 2023 professional season tournamentwas held. Team NAVI showed excellent performance and took first place in the championship!

On the way to victory, our guys passed the upper bracket of the tournament, defeating DogSmileGaming, Fruit N Fibre and The Militia. Notably, NAVI players lost only one card in three games.

In the semifinals of the upper bracket, Aw0babobs were also knocked out 3 : 0. In the fight for the grand final, our team faced Quadrant, traditionally considered a difficult opponent for Born to Win.

But this time our guys didn't face any big problems — 3 : 0. However, in the Grand Final this team again became the opponent of NAVI players.

To become champions in the tournament our guys needed to win only one series, while our opponent needed to win two. The first series was victorious for the opponent — 1 : 3, and in the second series the Quadrant players were close to prevailing, but NAVI pulled together their strengths and brought the score to victory— 3 : 2!

As a result, our team won the tournament and earned $1,125 along with 8,000 rating points. Congratulations to the NAVI players for this achievement!
