Kkokkoma qualifies for Esports World Cup 2024

NAVI Tekken 8 team player Kim «Kkokkoma» Mu-jong qualified for the Esports World Cup 2024 - the largest tournament of the year with a $1,000,000 prize pool.

Mu-jong received his coveted ticket to Riyadh at the DreamHack Summer 2024 LAN tournament featuring 155 players from all over the world. Most of the competition matches were played in Jönköping today.

In the course of the contest, NAVI champion beat District G Asim (2 : 1), ZETA KEISUKE (2 : 1), and Falcon JoKa (2 : 0) but lost twice in the matches for the top 8 - first to KDF Mulgold (0 : 2), and then VARREL Rangchu (1 : 2).

Despite the disappointing defeats, Kkokkoma's result was enough to qualify for the Esports World Cup 2024, as Mulgold and ULSAN had already received invitations to the tournament.
