kkokkoma wins Emirates Showdown 2024

The Dubai Emirates Showdown 2024 Tekken tournament with a $6,000 prize pool is over. In the grand final, NAVI player Mu-jung «kkokkoma» Kim defeated NASR eSports Tekken Master with a 3 : 2, 3 : 1 score and became the competition champion. The victory earned kkokkoma $3,000 and 560 Tekken World Tour 2024 rating points.

A total of 116 players took part in the Emirates Showdown 2024. NAVI representative earned two victories in the group stage and easily dealt with Liquid Qudans (2 : 0) and Karmine JDCR (2 : 0) in the Winners Bracket.

In the playoffs’ first round, kkokkoma lost to Tekken Master in a close match (1 : 2) but then confidently walked through the lower bracket and took his long-awaited retribution.
