NAVI found out the opponents for the closed qualification to the RMR-tournament
The draw for the closed qualifications of PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 took place. NAVI found out the opponents in Group A: in the first match Born to Win will meet ECSTATIC.
Sixteen teams will take part in the qualification, eight of which were invited to the competition according to Valve's ranking, while the rest of the teams had to break through the open qualifiers.
Fnatic and Cloud9 are among our main competitors for the RMR: the former found the keys to all opponents at the first open qualification, which is not an easy task even for well-known teams, while the latter always remain a dangerous opponent due to the high class of performers.
Qualifications will be held in Swiss format: eight teams will go directly to the European RMR, and three teams that finish 2-3 will qualify for the "last chance" grid. All elimination matches and the next stage will be played in the best of 3 format, while the rest of the matches will be played in the best of 1 format.
