NAVI made it to the VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 1 playoffs
After the last victory over Fnatic (2 : 1) Born to Win secured their participation in the playoffs of VCT 2024: EMEA Stage 1.
The tournament started for NAVI with a simple victory over Team Vitality (2 : 0). The second meeting against Liquid was very much in our team's favor, so they were able to make a comeback when they were one step away from defeat to Split (2 : 1). Last Masters Team Heretics managed to take the map away from NAVI, but Sunset and Split had no problems to win (2 : 1).
The important match against BBL Esports was not the fourth win in a row, but thanks to the triumph over NAVI (1 : 2) the Turkish team took the lead in their group. Despite the successful performance of our team before the last match with Fnatic they didn't have a guarantee for the playoffs. After losing on Breeze (6 : 13), Born to Win were one step away from failure, but they rehabilitated on Ascent and defeated their opponent on Bind.
Unfortunately, we don't know yet which stage of the playoffs our team will get to: the seeding for the next stage depends on the last match of FUT Esports, which will be held tomorrow. In case of defeat of the Turkish team NAVI will find themselves in the semifinals of the upper grid.
