NAVI qualified for EWC and BLAST World Final

CS2 / News / 2 April 2024 — 12:20

After winning the PGL Major Copenhagen, NAVI have secured their participation in two future tournaments this year - BLAST World Final and Esports World Cup 2024.

Esports World Cup, Riyadh

The Esports World Cup, with a yet-to-be-announced prize pool, will begin on July 17 and will feature 15 teams. In the opening round, our team will play a best-of-3 match that will determine our path through the tournament. A win qualifies the team for the playoffs, while a loss qualifies the team for the Last Chance stage. In the Last Chance stage, the teams will compete in a single elimination format for the final spot in the playoffs. The decisive stage of the tournament will follow a similar format - any loss in the Esports World Cup will cost teams dearly.

BLAST World Final

The BLAST World Finals
will take place from the 13th to the 17th of November at an undisclosed location and will feature eight teams competing for a share of the $ 1 000 000 prize pool.

The teams will be divided into two quartets based on the GSL, with the group winners advancing to the semi-finals and the runners-up and third-place finishers to the quarter-finals. The playoffs will be played in a single elimination format with best-of-3 matches.

Winning the PGL Major Copenhagen has opened up a lot of opportunities for NAVI! We are confident that our CS2 team will continue to delight our fans with beautiful gameplay for the rest of the year and beyond.
