NAVI VALORANT Ukrainian Saga Tournament Details
A month and a half ago, the NAVI esports club announced the NAVI VALORANT Ukrainian Saga tournament series, which will take place during the whole year 2024. On March 31st, we held the first stage of the competition, NAVI VALORANT SPRING STANDOFF, and today we are ready to announce the details of the next three tournaments.
The competition is divided into four parts, which will be held at the end of each quarter of this year. During the first three stages, teams will have the opportunity to compete for NAVI CHAMPIONS POINTS, on top of the prize pool. By earning points for winning battles throughout the season, teams will have an easier time qualifying for the NAVI VALORANT WINTER CLASH (SEASON FINALS).
NAVI VALORANT SUMMER SHOWDOWN
The format of the second NAVI VALORANT Ukrainian Saga tournament will differ from its predecessor and be played entirely online. After an open qualification identical to the Spring Standoff, the four winning teams will be joined by four other teams that were the best in the first competition of the series.
Eight teams will play in one group in a round-robin format. All matches will be played in a best-of-2 format. Based on the results of this stage, the top four teams will qualify for the playoffs, and the 5th and 6th place teams will advance to the next tournament in the series - the NAVI VALORANT AUTUMN RIVALRY.
The decisive stage of the tournament will be held in the single elimination format with best-of-3 matches, where 4 teams will compete for a prize pool of 40 000 UAH.
NAVI VALORANT AUTUMN RIVALRY
The format of the third competition in the series will be similar to the Summer Stage. Instead of four teams, only two will qualify for the group stage, joining the top 6 teams from the NAVI VALORANT SUMMER SHOWDOWN.
The teams will once again compete in a round-robin format, and the four most talented "five" will once again have the chance to compete for 40 000 UAH in prize money in the playoffs.
NAVI VALORANT WINTER CLASH (SEASON FINALS)
The final tournament of the year will not only determine the strongest team of the season but will also take place in the LAN format in the Pride Esports Lounge.
During the final stage, each team will need the NAVI CHAMPIONS POINTS they have earned throughout the year: Only 2 teams will qualify from the Open Qualifier to the Closed Qualifier, where the 4th and 5th place teams of our annual rankings will be waiting.
The winners of the Closed Qualifier will advance to the LAN stage where they will face the top three teams in the NAVI CHAMPIONS POINTS ranking. The top four teams in the knockout stage will compete for the largest prize pool of any organized tournament - 70 000 UAH.
