NAVI Visa Academy — your chance to break into esports!

NAVI is teaming up with Visa to launch a new CS2 project — NAVI Visa Academy. Our goal is to provide an entry point into esports for young talents, the best of whom will go through the club’s Berlin bootcamp to become a part of NAVI Youth.

NAVI Visa Academy will comprise three stages:

• First, together with the NAVI players and coach, we will select the most talented candidates from all the applications to go through a three-week online competition for the opportunity to advance to the next stage;
• The 10 best players from the first stage will come to a two-week bootcamp at the NAVI Berlin office, where they will train under the tutelage of an experienced Academy coach;
• The 5 of the project's best players will become part of the club and get invited to join NAVI Youth.

NAVI Visa Academy participant requirements:

• 14 to 17 y.o.;
• Over 2600 ELO on FACEIT;
• English level B1 and higher;
• No contractual obligations to other clubs.
