Esports World Cup 2024: Tekken 8 Tournament Details
The Tekken 8 Championship will be held as part of the Esports World Cup 2024 eSports Festival from August 22-25. Two NAVI players will be participating in the tournament — Kkokkoma and AK.
NAVI's groups:
A total of 32 esports athletes from all over the world will participate in the competition. All players will represent various well-known tags, such as Fnatic, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Falcons, BIG and many others.

Tournament format:
As for the format, the championship will consist of three stages. In the first stage, all participants will be divided into 8 groups of 4 players each, with the top 2 players in each group advancing to the next stage.
The second phase will be similar to the first phase, but with a smaller number of groups. The third phase is the standard single-elimination bracket. The matches of the first two phases will be played up to a two-win margin, and in the final phase, all matches will be played up to a five-win margin.
Prize pool distribution:
Naturally, the tournament's main feature is its prize fund. There will be $1,000,000 in prize money up for grabs at the tournament, with $300,000 up for grabs for the winner. The top 8 players will also receive club rating points. These points will affect the final position of the clubs in the Esports World Cup 2024 Festival Standings.

As a reminder, the Esports World Cup 2024 will take place in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, from the 3rd of July to the 25th of August. Tickets for the biggest festival in the history of eSports are available at a price of 12 SAR.
The matches will be broadcast on the official channel. The start of the first NAVI matches is scheduled for August 21 at 17:30 and 22:00 CET.
