New NAVI Roster for VALORANT Franchise League

VALORANT / News / 8 November 2022 — 15:00

September 21 marked a new chapter in the history of NAVI, as we became one of the world's top 30 clubs to earn a slot in VALORANT Franchise League. The first season in the EMEA region will be taking place in Berlin from March 26 to May 28, 2023.

Today, we are ready to announce the roster that will represent NAVI in the discipline. Performing under the club's banner is now the FPX team led by Kyrylo «ANGE1» Karasov, but with one change: Mehmet «cNed» Yağız İpek replacing Ardis «ardiis» Svarenieks, who will continue his career in a different region.

The former FPX roster is one of the most decorated in the discipline. Since 2020, the team has won over $450,000 in prize money. However, their biggest victories were earned this year - 1st place at VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, 2nd place at VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers, 1st place at the VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters tournament, and 4th place at the VALORANT Champions 2022 world championship. By the end of 2022, the FPX roster proved themselves the best in the EMEA region.

cNed - star player best known for playing as Jett - last teamed with Acend. With them, Mehmet won the VALORANT Champions 2021 and a number of other smaller tournaments.

We at NAVI are excited to welcome ANGE1, cNed, Zyppan, suygetsu, and Shao, as well as coaches d00mbr0s and LATEKS (ex-coach of the Giants). The team's next tournament will be the G-Loot VALORANT Clash ($50,000), held online from 25 to 27 November.

In the meantime, subscribe to our brand-new VALORANT Twitter and YouTube channel featuring a video of ANGE1 assembling the NAVI roster.
