NAVI Visa Academy results: who joined the NAVI Youth roster?

After a little over a month, the first season of the NAVI Visa Academy project is over!

Together with Visa, we selected ten of the most talented young Counter-Strike players aged 14 to 17 from over 350 applications and brought them to a three-week Berlin bootcamp.

There, they studied under the guidance of NAVI Visa Academy coach and a former professional CS:GO player, Michał “snatchie” Rudzki: the training included lectures on theory, watching replays, practice sessions, and participation in media activities. We are confident that the knowledge acquired will help each academy student on the path to their esports dream.

Based on the bootcamp results, snatchie and NAVI sports department chose the final five players to form the new NAVI Youth CS roster.

In the future, the best of NAVI Youth will get to join NAVI Junior and then, perhaps, make a name for themselves at the tier-1 level, following in the footsteps of NAVI’s best alums.
