WePlay Academy League Season 5: second round against 00Prospects

After the victory over Astralis Talent in the first round (22 : 20), NAVI Junior will play against 00Prospects. The match starts tonight at 19:45 CEST and will be played in a best of 1 format.

The Swedish team made their debut in the youth league last season and immediately showed a strong result in the group stage: they placed third with a game statistic of 7-5. However, in the Play-In stage, the Scandinavians lost in the semifinals to FURIA Academy (2 : 1), so they missed the playoffs and finished the tournament in 7th-8th places.

NAVI Junior and 00Prospects have not met before, as they were in different groups during WePlay Academy League Season 4, and the Swedes had no tournament practice in the off-season. In the first round of the current championship 00Prospects surprisinglylost to Spirit Academy with the score 7 : 16 on Mirage, thus our guys look like favorites in today's face-off.
