Results of the year: NAVI in PUBG

Roster changes and the title of world champions: today we will look back on how our PUBG roster performed and continue to wrap up the results of a difficult 2022 in the main NAVI disciplines.

The esports year started in February. Then the NAVI PUBG team became one of the eight partner teams of PUBG Europe in 2022. This allowed us to get direct invitations to the final stages of major competitions, including both seasons of G-Loot, as well as PCS6 and PCS7. We talked about it on February 21st.

Three days later, a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine began. The safety of employees and volunteer activities have become a priority for the club.

At the same time, we decided that NAVI rosters that were safe at that time would continue to play in tournaments to be able to support our employees in Ukraine and the army.

Our roster played at the G-Loot Season 5, which took place from April 1st to 3rd. NAVI placed 2nd in this tournament, winning $10,000 and 120 qualification points needed to get into the PUBG Global Championship 2022.

In June, changes in the team’s roster were made: Andrey "Qwizzy" Pobedinskiy was replaced by Ivan "ubah" Kapustin.

In July, our roster played in the grand final of the G-Loot Season 6 tournament, where we took second place. As silver medalists, the team earned $10,000, as well as 180 PGC 2022 qualification points.

The next and main tournament of the competitive season was the PUBG Global Championship 2022. It was held from November 1st to 20th in Dubai. At the tournament, NAVI showed their best: they got into the winners' bracket from first place, where they also took first place. In the finals, NAVI took the gold and earned $1,008,338. And our player, Artem "xmpl" Adarkin, who demonstrated incredible performance, was recognized as the MVP of the championship. For this, he received an individual prize of $10,000
