Results of the year: NAVI VALORANT
Changes in the main NAVI roster, the VALORANT EMEA partner program, and the NAVI Celestials female roster: Recap of 2022 for VALORANT.
Main roster
NAVI entered the year 2022 with a new line-up: at the end of December 2021 the team said goodbye to the captain Vladyslav «arch» Svistov, who was replaced by Yaroslav «Jady» Nikolaev.
At the end of January, the renewed roster advanced to their first tournament of the new year. After a win in qualifiers NAVI earned a spot in VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, which took place from February 11 to March 27. At the tournament, Born to Win took 7th-8th place, earning €12 000, 45 points VCT Circuit Points and a spot in VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers.
At the beginning of May, the NAVI VALORANT roster changed again. Yaroslav «Jady» Nikolaev decided to change the discipline, and his place was taken by Nikolai «zeddy» Lapko.
Three days later, the renewed team played at the VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers. The tournament was held from May 13 to June 26. The roster didn't have enough time to build up and as a result, the team finished in 9th-10th place, earning €10,000 and 45 VCT Circuit Points.
The fall was also full of changes. At the end of September a new chapter in the NAVI life began — our team became one of the top 30 clubs in the world and received a place in the VALORANT EMEA partner program! And then the roster changed completely: in early November, the FPX team led by Kyrylo «ANGE1» Karasov came under the auspices of the club.
The place of Ardis «ardiis» Svarenix was filled by Mehmet «cNed» Yağız, who is the World Champion as part of Acend and one of the most popular players in the discipline. We could compare him with s1mple in CS:GO, but for what, since we already have their aim battle on our channel. ;)
The team are coached by d00mbr0s (ex-coach FPX) and LATEKS (ex-coach Giants).

During the performance at their first tournament, Celestials didn't lose a single game, earning the championship title and ₺30,000 (about $1,650).
In the fall, NAVI played at the 2022 VCT Game Changers EMEA, where they finished third, earning €4,000 and 65 points. The tournament was held from September 19 to October 2. Unfortunately, the team didn't score enough points to qualify for the World Championship.
