New player in the NAVI.CS:GO roster
Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy will replace Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács.
The Natus Vincere esports club and Syman Gaming agreed on the transfer of Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy. Here in NAVI Ilya will become a rifler, and s1mple eventually will switch back to AWPer. Born to Win will perform within the renewed team at the , which will be held on February, 1-6th in London.
Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács has been benched: the club and the player are open to considering further proposals.
A few days after the Epicenter, we spoke with the players and agreed that the squad did not have the synergy we expected to reach by the end of the year. Everybody tried very hard and the progress was noticeable. However, in crucial moments of the match we did lack the coherence, when you react to the opponent's actions as one, indivisible unit.
One of the reasons is the language barrier, which was especially obvious during the game against tier-1-teams, where the quality and speed of communication is of a great importance.
That's why we’ve decided to replace Ladislav. And s1mple returns to the AWP role, because he is simply the best in that.
A huge thanks to Ladislav for his persistence and effort. He was very worried about every bad result and always worked on improving himself. He's a world-class player, I'm sure he'll prove himself in future. His place will be taken by Ilya «Perfecto» Zalutskiy, who’s gained his reputation playing for Syman Gaming. Despite the lack of experience, Perfecto fits in our team perfectly due to his personality, manner of thought and playstyle. He is young, talented and dedicated player. I would like to express my gratitude to Syman Gaming for the utmost constructive approach to negotiations.
